We prayed for sunshine and got it... spent several hours at the pool yesterday- the kids doing their best Michael Phelps, me reading, scribbling in my journal and doing a little school planning... all was well until the accident... the someone-should've-been-wearing-a-swim-diaper accident (no one in our swim party, mind you)... we had things to do anyway, but it was a shame to have to evacuate on this day when they promised us rain that never came.

The pool should be clean by now--perhaps we can beat Fay's rains for a quick dip one more day....gotta run!
